11th April 2024 – Prysmian, leader in the energy transition and digital transformation, and Warren & Brown Technologies, the Australian leader in telecommunication network connectivity products, announce that they have signed an agreement to combine their resources and capabilities.

 

Subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions, Warren & Brown Technologies and its subsidiaries will become part of Prysmian, with the transaction representing a strategic milestone for both companies.

 

We are focused on a seamless transition and are fully committed to further enhancing our customer and supplier relationships, accelerating innovation in both products and services based on a unique combination of complementary strengths in cables and connectivity.

 

Warren & Brown Tools is also expected to continue on its growth path and make an increasingly important contribution to the overall business portfolio.
