Bigger, better: Warren & Brown Technologies acquires JCS Technologies

In a boost to the local fibre optic manufacturing and telecommunications industry, Australian owned and operated, Warren & Brown Technologies Pty Ltd (WBT), a global leader in telecommunications network and connectivity infrastructure has successfully acquired Sydney based company JCS Technologies. Also being an Australian manufacturer, JCS Technologies provides fibre optics & cabling products, with specialised manufacturing of custom cable assemblies, Milspec / Tactical cabling products and ICT network solutions.

This acquisition expands the already vast local manufacturing capabilities and presence of WBT and provides a greater manufacturing and distribution footprint on the East Coast of Australia.

Due to the acquisition, JCS Technologies will be renamed to JCS-WB Technologies and will expand its solution offering, providing additional manufacturing support for WBT. In addition, it will continue to provide a high level of technical support and customer service.
