Warren & Brown Technologies acquires AC Technologies
Expands connectivity infrastructure offering for the New Zealand telecommunications market.

Warren & Brown Technologies Pty Ltd (WBT), a global leader in telecommunications network and connectivity infrastructure has successfully acquired the Auckland based company AC Technologies Limited.

Under a new company name and ownership, AC-WB Technologies will expand its solution offering, as well as continuing to provide a high level of technical support and customer service.

WBT is a long established and successful manufacturer and supplier of telecommunications network and connectivity infrastructure to telecom operators and Enterprise customers around the globe. With headquarters and extensive operations in Melbourne, Australia, WBT also has offices and manufacturing facilities in the Philippines, India and Vietnam.

WBT Managing Director, Mr Neil Domelow said, “We are very excited to be expanding the W&BT group of companies with the acquisition of the New Zealand AC Technologies business and we look forward to building on the good work carried out by Brian and his team.” Mr Domelow added, “It has been a goal of ours to establish Warren & Brown Technologies in New Zealand for some time and the opportunity to acquire such a well respected and successful existing local business is a perfect fit for WBT”.

AC Technologies owner and Managing Director, Brian Barnett said, “I feel comfortable leaving the business I have built over many years in the capable hands of the WBT team.” He added, “I believe the obvious synergies between the two businesses and the very similar corporate cultures can only add to the current AC Technologies offering”.
