Warren & Brown Technologies inducted into Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame

Warren & Brown Technologies Pty Ltd (WBT), was inducted into the Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame on Tuesday 9th of May 2017, during the Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony at Melbourne’s exclusive Crown Casino Palladium Ballroom.

The Hall of Fame Awards, which were established in 2001, recognise individuals and companies who embrace new technologies and manufacturing techniques, and excel in business innovation. With the theme of Growing Advanced Manufacturing, this year’s awards highlighted outstanding achievements by local businesses and individuals who uphold a high standard of excellence in Victorian manufacturing.

This award comes as a valued industry recognition of WBT’s long and established history as a manufacturer and supplier of telecommunications network and connectivity infrastructure to telecom operators and enterprise customers around the globe. With headquarters and extensive operations in Melbourne, Australia, WBT also has offices and manufacturing facilities in the Philippines, India, Vietnam and New Zealand.

WBT Managing Director, Mr Neil Domelow received the award on behalf of all the WBT employees and Steve Normoyle and David Henderson, WBT’s Financial Director and General Manager, respectively, who also attended the black-tie event hosted by the Minister for Industry and Employment, the Hon. Wade Noonan MP.

Mr Domelow said, “Over 96 years, Australian and global Telecommunications and automotive businesses have relied on the design, manufacturing and service of Warren and Brown and the thousands of Australians that have been employed in this company over those many decades.”

“All we have done is to meet their expectations and I sincerely thank the Victorian Government for recognising the efforts of a truly great WBT team of people,” celebrated Mr Domelow.
