The Rural Line Module is a sealed, environmentally protected unit that provides bonding of the moisture barrier and unused pairs of a rural lead-in cable and any guard wire, for surge protective purposes. Connection is to a common earth. This module is housed in an NTD enclosure. The Module meets Telcordia and Telstra standards.
