Mounting bracket, UCNP 7/20 closure

This bracket set is used to typically position and locate In – Line Joint Closures; such as the Part No’s: TC2720-710 [UCNP 7-10] and TC2720-720 [UCNP 7-20] closures in a manhole or pit.  The bracket set is typically used in P6, P8 or P9 pits or larger manholes. The bracket is typically mounted, where its vertical member can be secured to the manhole wall, using a suitable fastener. The bracket set features two, quick release, fully adjustable, SS clamps 10mm high x 1.2mm thick x large diameter, that very quickly adjust to the closure diameter. The clamps are then tightened to secure the closure in position. A feature of the bracket is the integral clamp locating slots, which retains and guides an installed clamp. The clamps are supplied. A joint closure typically 177mm diameter can be housed in the bracket set. Three fastening systems are available separately. One for a plastic pit or manhole is Part No: 73 x 031KIT. It consists of: two expandable rubber grommets, with integral 8mm nut; plus a corrosion resistant 8mm hex head bolt x 40mm long, with a flat washer. The second mounting kit is used for fastening the bracket to the “C’ style channel fitted near the top of some plastic pits [Part No: 73 x 032KIT]. This comprises: 2 off – corrosion resistant, 12mm hex bolts x 20mm long; 12mm dia washer and a square nut 40mm [W} x 31mm [H] x 7mm [D]. The third mounting kit is used for fastening the bracket to 42 x 42mm Unistrut fitted in some manholes [Part No: 73 x 033KIT]. This comprises: 2 off – corrosion resistant, 10mm hex bolts x 30mm long; 12mm dia washer and a Uinistrut style M10 nut with integral spring.
