This 2 RU Subrack is used to terminate 72 ribbon fibres in an Equipment Rack. The subrack front mounts in a 19” rack. It has an assembly of 6 x splice trays that house a 12 fibre ribbon fan out unit to individual 12 x 900μm pigtails with A/SC connectors. A 12 fibre ribbon to ribbon fusion splice is also housed on the splice tray. Provided are 3 x 24 position patch panels for 72 fibre patching capacity. A record card is provided on the pivot down cover. The swing out tray has a non-continuous front edge to allow use of probe type instruments to inspect the through adapters. Provided with an accessory kit.
