This small rectangular shaped plastic tube is used as a protection or guiding tube for 6 or 12 fibre ribbon fibre. It is typically used in a splice/patch module, to guide individual ribbons from the break‐out module to individual splice trays. The tube is 5.2mm (H) x 2.8mm (W) x 0.5mm wall thickness. The tube maintains the MBR of individual ribbons at 30mm. The tube is RoHS compliant.
