Identifying the need
WBTs team of engineers and technical team spend countless hours interacting with the world’s leading telecom network operators to find and improve efficiencies in their network. This enables WBT to have a detailed and unparalleled understanding of technology and network requirements. It also enables us to look into the future and develop products and solutions that are ahead of its time.
Based on market needs, the engineering and design team continue the consultation process with our customers in order to develop a concept that genuinely provides cost savings, improves network efficiency and/or delivers an improvement in quality and service.
Product innovation or full-scale connectivity solution
Individual product concepts or full-scale connectivity solutions can be developed by the WBT engineering team. Our flexibility and speed in design provide our customers with the confidence knowing that the proposed solution will be state of the art.
A working prototype is then produced and tested. As required, WBT are able to utilise our own 3D printing technology to quickly bring the project to reality by developing the necessary prototype. In addition, our 3D printing technology can also be utilised for efficient low volume production runs.
The working prototype is then produced and provided to our customer for further inspection. Any further requirements or changes are then implemented at this stage. Once the customer is satisfied with the sample provided, production can begin.
Components are manufactured in our state of the art facilities. WBT own and operate a sheet metal and powder coating manufacturing plant, optic fibre termination facilities, product assembly lines as well as various plastic extruding machines. Each product undertakes a stringent QA procedure to ensure that the finished product is of the highest quality.
Finished goods are packaged and sent out to various parts of the world via our global network of delivery partners. Our warehouse, distribution and inventory management systems includes barcoding and efficient material handling procedures.
WBT provide full after sales support and service to ensure that our solutions are effectively installed into your network. We continue to work with our customers, helping them to improve their network and continually looking for other innovations.
