The cable bearer slipper is an LDPE, special cross – section, extrusion, that is supplied in standard 1m lengths. This length is cut to suit a standard, galvanised metallic cable bearer, housed in an in-ground manhole. The cable bearer slipper protects cable sheaths during hauling and provides a smooth surface for supporting cable joints.
