Wire connector kit, type 3

This item is used at MB Cable Joints where 2 x Branch Cables leave the Main Cable route. Continuity is provided for the Main Cables MB sheath, with 2 x connecting spur leads available to connect to 2 x Branch Cables. The main lead is 1250mm long, and the 2 x end spur leads are 285mm long. The kit ensures electrical continuity is provided right along the cable route, where the metallic cables sheath is eventually connected to an earth. This minimizes electrical interference for the working cable copper pairs, ensuring a noise and interference -free telephone connection can be made.
