The TC4050310 Ultra High-Density Optical Distribution Frame (UHDODF) has been configured for stranded (loose tube) cables. The left-hand side (LHS) is equipped with 2 x columns of storage/guiding “D” cylinders which allow slack management and routing of patch cords to the subracks.
The termination frame in an Exchange or Control Office (CO) allows for orderly, organised and planned growth.
Each UHDODF has an inbuilt upper and lower set of ducting for guiding Ø2.0mm optical fibre jumper cords along a lineup of multiple ODFs.
Maximum fibre capacity:
19 x 72 fibre 2RU SC or SC/A patch panels = 1,368 fibres
19 x 144 fibre 2RU LC or LC/A patch panels = 2,736 fibres
38 x 144 fibre 1RU LC or LC/A patch panels = 5,472 fibres, uniboot
