These terms and conditions relate only to e-commerce transactions.
Delivery of your order is done with great care at Warren & Brown Technologies (WBT).
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. The products purchased through WBT will be delivered to one address in mainland Australia. We do not deliver outside of Australia for eCommerce orders.
WBT does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days after receipt of order of stocked items.
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days for stocked items, if your order is received Monday to Thursday by 11:00 AM AEST for in-stock merchandise and successful credit card payment verification.
Any orders placed after 11:00 AM AEST will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
For any orders received after 11:00 AM AEST Friday or over the weekend, will be processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched by the end of the following business day.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
For your convenience, we will deliver via any of the following options anywhere within Australia
Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details.
Warren & Brown will make every effort to deliver products within 1 to 2 business days to the address specified by you during the purchase process. During peak times and sale periods, please allow an extra 2 to 3 days for your delivery.
Approximate standard delivery times apply as follows:
If you are not home when the product/s are delivered, WBT’s nominated carrier will leave a card at the address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product, and of the local post office or collection depot, you can collect it from. Alternatively, you may be able to organize a redelivery by contacting the nominated carrier.
Alternatively, by ticking the authority to leave box at checkout, you can authorize the courier to leave the parcel in a safe location.
Please note – by ‘providing authority to leave’, WBT and the freight company will not be responsible if the delivery is lost, misplaced or stolen.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are subject to change.
At times, WBT may choose to run special promotions where discounted or free delivery is available for certain orders (terms and conditions apply).
Large, bulky or heavy items may be subject to additional delivery charges.
WBT is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We will endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange a backorder or a full refund. Please note that all orders purchased through our e-commerce store can only be returned for a refund via our online returns process. Please refer our refunds and exchange policy.
By utilising our nominated carrier service (‘Service’), you agree that:
You are aware of the risk of utilising the Service and agree that other delivery options were available to you at the time of order.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of Australia Post / Startrack in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:
A. where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
B. where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or
C. where it is not left at the delivery address and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or willful misconduct
